Alina Nguyen is a poet and museum enthusiast from Los Angeles, CA. She received her B.A. in English Literature and Asian American Studies from California State University, Northridge and her M.F.A. in Poetry from California State University, Long Beach. Her work deals with family and the self as well as the juxtapositions of life in the United States and Vietnam. She is interested in how poetry acts as a museum for the poet's life. Her poems have appeared in The Northridge Review, Lipstick Party Magazine, Indicia, and more.
